This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for aligning people strategies with business objectives and building a unified, high-performance talent ecosystem. In this role, you will oversee leaders in recruiting, performance, and learning while driving strategy, process improvement, and system integration across the full employee lifecycle. You will play a critical role in optimizing workforce planning, enhancing employee development, and ensuring data-driven HR decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and develop Talent Acquisition, Performance, and Learning & Development teams. Design and execute integrated talent management strategies. Oversee recruiting operations, workforce planning, and ATS implementation. Manage performance review cycles, goal setting, and calibration processes. Lead learning strategy, onboarding programs, and LMS governance. Build dashboards and reporting across ATS, LMS, and HR systems. Drive process improvement, standardization, and change management. Support succession planning and high-potential employee development. Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Required Experience:
8-10+ years of progressive HR experience Background in recruiting, performance management, and/or learning & development Experience leading teams and HR system implementations (ATS, LMS, HRIS) Strong analytical, reporting, and Excel skills Proven leadership, communication, and change management abilities
Compensation:
$82,680 - $122,367 annually (temporary assignment)
