This is a full-time role paying $23-$26 an hour depending on experience. We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable HR Generalist. This role is responsible for a wide range of HR functions, including employee relations, recruitment, benefits administration, and compliance. The ideal candidate is people-focused, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Support full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding Serve as a point of contact for employee questions related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures Administer employee benefits programs and assist with enrollment and changes Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data integrity in HR systems Assist with performance management processes and employee development initiatives Handle employee relations matters with professionalism and confidentiality Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies Coordinate training programs and support organizational development efforts Assist with payroll processing and timekeeping systems as needed Support HR projects, audits, and reporting requirements Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 2+ years of HR experience preferred Working knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and compliance requirements Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, ADP, Paycom, or similar) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Excellent organizational and time management abilities High level of discretion and confidentiality Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word) Preferred Qualifications HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) Experience supporting multi-state or remote workforces Familiarity with employee engagement and retention strategies All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
