Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Human Resources Generalist to join our team and drive our HR initiatives forward. In this role, you will be the key point of contact for employee relations, talent acquisition, benefits administration, and HR compliance. Your energetic approach will help foster a positive workplace culture, streamline HR processes, and support strategic workforce management. Duties Manage end-to-end talent acquisition processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees using HR systems such as ADP. Facilitate employee orientation programs to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the organization. Oversee employee evaluation and performance management initiatives to promote continuous development and recognition. Administer benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and workers' compensation claims, ensuring compliance with applicable laws. Support change management efforts by assisting with organizational design, succession planning, and implementing HR policies aligned with strategic goals. Handle employee relations issues with professionalism, employing conflict management techniques to resolve concerns effectively. Maintain accurate HR data. Ensure adherence to employment and labor laws such as
CFRA, FMLA, OSHA
regulations, and affirmative action planning requirements. Requirements Proven experience in human resources management or an HR department role with a strong understanding of employment law and legal compliance standards. Demonstrated expertise in human capital management, talent acquisition, benefits administration, and performance management processes. Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information discreetly while fostering positive employee relations. Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of workforce management strategies including organization design, training & development programs, and succession planning. Familiarity with regulatory compliance management related to employment law in talent management practices. Pay:
From $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
