Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist for a direct hire opportunity in Hayward, CA. This role is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys supporting employees and leadership across the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, compliance, training, and recruiting. The Human Resources Generalist will play a key role in maintaining a positive, compliant, and productive workplace. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with management, support employee engagement initiatives, and help strengthen HR programs that contribute to a collaborative and well-organized work environment. Candidates who thrive in a people-focused role, value confidentiality, and enjoy balancing strategic HR support with hands-on daily responsibilities will be well suited for this opportunity. Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs to support a smooth and welcoming new hire experience.
  • Address employee concerns, support conflict resolution, and promote positive employee relations across the organization.
  • Coordinate performance appraisal processes, assist managers with performance improvement plans, and support employee development initiatives.
  • Administer HR policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations.
  • Manage employee benefits programs, respond to benefits inquiries, and maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
  • Support recruitment activities, including job postings, interviewing, hiring coordination, and payroll backup as needed. Compensation and Benefits
