Job Description
Manage full-cycle recruiting: job postings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offers Conduct new-hire onboarding and orientation, and process offboarding Maintain accurate employee records, HRIS data, and personnel files Support payroll processing and administer employee benefits programs (enrollment, changes, inquiries) Assist with employee relations matters, including investigations, documentation, and conflict resolution Ensure HR policies and practices comply with federal and California labor laws (wage & hour, leaves of absence, workplace safety, required postings and trainings) Prepare and analyze HR reports and metrics (headcount, turnover, compensation, attendance) to support management decisions Support performance review cycles and employee training programs Assist with work visa sponsorship processes and related documentation Update employee handbook and HR policies as regulations change Perform other HR-related duties as assigned
