Job Summary:
The Human Resources Generalist supports the organization by building strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and delivering key HR services and programs. This role is responsible for partnering with the HR Manager to ensure compliance, drive employee engagement, support workforce development, and maintain operational excellence across HR functions including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration. Essential Functions of the
Job:
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Partner with Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to support recruiting efforts including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and selection. Ensure hiring processes follow approval workflows and compliance standards. Coordinate and manage onboarding activities to ensure smooth transitions for new hires. HRIS Administration & Reporting Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS system and ensure timely processing of transactions (new hires, terminations, changes). Generate standard and ad-hoc reports to support HR metrics and business decisions. Ensure personnel files and documentation are complete and compliant with applicable laws and regulations. Payroll & Timekeeping Support Monitor and maintain Time & Attendance systems; support employees and managers with timecard issues and leave tracking. Coordinate with Corporate Payroll to process bi-weekly changes including new hires, terminations, and pay adjustments. Assist with payroll audits and ensure data accuracy. Employee Relations Provide guidance and support on HR policies, procedures, and employee concerns (e.g., performance, workplace behavior, pay, benefits). Partner with HRM and site leaders to address employee relations issues and support a positive work environment. Assist in investigations and ensure documentation is handled appropriately. Performance & Talent Management Support leaders through the performance evaluation process. Partner with supervisors to address performance concerns by providing guidance on coaching strategies, accountability measures, and documentation best practices Assist in drafting and delivering corrective actions, ensuring fairness, consistency, and legal compliance. Benefits & Wellness Support new hire and open enrollment activities, including employee communications and documentation distribution. Serve as a point of contact for employee benefit questions; ensure proper documentation of benefit changes. Assist with wellness initiatives and program rollouts across designated sites. General HR Support Maintain confidentiality and data integrity in all HR processes and communications. Support internal HR projects, audits, and initiatives as needed. Provide timely and accurate support to site HRM and cross-functional teams. Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in Human Resources. Prior experience supporting a manufacturing environment. Bilingual in
Spanish Knowledge and Skills:

Adapts effectively to changing situations; flexible and resourceful in fast-paced environments. Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally across all levels of the organization. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Work Environment/Physical Demands:
Approximately; 80% is in office environment, 20% in manufacturing and warehouse facilities.
