In this vital role, you will serve as a key partner in managing human capital processes, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. Your energetic approach will help streamline HR operations, support talent management strategies, and enhance employee engagement across the organization. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence organizational growth through strategic planning, workforce management, and innovative HR solutions. Responsibilities Oversee end-to-end talent acquisition processes, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating onboarding to attract top talent. Administer employee orientation programs to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the company culture and understand organizational policies. Manage employee evaluation cycles by coordinating performance management initiatives and providing guidance on feedback processes. Support benefits administration activities, including enrollment, inquiries, and compliance with relevant regulations and workers' compensation. Lead change management efforts by developing communication strategies, training programs, and organizational design initiatives that support business transformation. Maintain HR systems (such as HRIS platforms like ADP Workforce) for data collection, reporting, and compliance purposes. Handle employee relations issues with professionalism and confidentiality while promoting a positive work environment through conflict management and effective communication skills. Qualifications Proven experience in human resources management or HR department roles with a strong understanding of employment & labor law, HR legal compliance, and regulatory requirements. Demonstrated expertise in human capital management, talent management, succession planning, and performance management practices. Skilled in project management with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously while adhering to deadlines. Strong knowledge of benefits administration processes including insurance enrollment. Excellent communication skills paired with the ability to handle confidential information responsibly. Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Excel data analysis preferred), OSHA standards, employment law in talent management, and HR systems like ADP Workforce.
