Job Description

Description We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support a stable manufacturing organization during a leadership transition and organizational restructuring. This individual will serve as a key HR resource supporting approximately 61 employees across the full employee lifecycle with a strong emphasis on benefits administration, 401(k), employee support, compliance, and HR operations. This role will support day-to-day HR administration while also helping identify opportunities to improve and modernize current manual processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer employee benefits, 401(k), and health & welfare programs Serve as a primary point of contact for employee HR-related questions and issue resolution Support employee relations matters and manager guidance as needed Maintain employee records and HRIS data within ADP Workforce Now Ensure compliance with state and federal employment regulations Coordinate HR documentation and support payroll-related workflows through ADP Assist with onboarding, policy administration, and HR operational support Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiencies within
HR Qualifications:
2-10 years of HR experience within a manufacturing or hourly workforce environment Strong knowledge of benefits administration and employee support Experience with ADP Workforce Now preferred Understanding of California HR compliance and labor regulations Comfortable operating in a hands-on, fast-paced, and evolving environment Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities
Additional Details:

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
