The successful candidate will handle a wide range of HR tasks to ensure smooth employee experiences and compliance with company procedures and local labor laws. The role focuses on execution and support , including recruitment coordination, payroll and benefits administration, employee record management, and HR operations. Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining digital employee records to ensure 100% compliance with California labor laws. Coordinate full-cycle recruiting for diverse roles. Tasks include job postings, interview scheduling, and maintaining a high-touch candidate experience. Support payroll and benefits administration, including attendance data preparation and insurance enrollment. Initiate and maintain partnerships with local universities to establish internship programs Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with legal requirements. Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policy and benefits. Organize company events and logistics to foster a positive workplace culture. Assist in preparing HR reports and data analysis for management review. Support employee engagement and company events logistics. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. At least 2-3 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role. Knowledge of local labor laws and payroll processes. Good organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office and ADP Workforce Now is a plus.
