Staffmark, Associate Responsibilities:

Managing the HR inbox Reviewing call-outs ADP data entry Completing terminations in the system Supporting term proposals Filling correction actions Supporting new hire orientation Swag orders

Requirements:

3 years of experience in an HR-related role. Proficiency in HR software, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint), and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Strong understanding of employment laws, HR policies, and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion. Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment. Experience managing payroll, benefits administration, and HR compliance. Ability to work independently and collaboratively to support company-wide HR functions. Certification such as PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent is a plus.
