Full Job Description Summary:
We're seeking an HR Specialist to support day-to-day HR operations, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and policy compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage recruitment: post jobs, screen candidates, coordinate interviews Onboard new hires and maintain personnel records Administer benefits and respond to employee HR questions Support performance management and policy compliance Assist with HR reporting and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
AA degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) 2+ years of HR generalist experience Working knowledge of employment law and HR best practices Strong communication and organizational skills Proficiency with
