- HR Systems provides operational administration and strategic oversight across a diverse portfolio of core non-Workday HR technologies.
We are seeking:
- Hands-on experience administering and supporting enterprise HR platforms, including timekeeping, learning management, or credentialing systems.
- Proven ability to rapidly adapt, master new software platforms, and serve as a versatile expert across a broad application portfolio.
- Strong background in system troubleshooting, testing governance, vendor management, and cross-functional user support, with flexibility to assist on Workday platforms as needed. Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing platform workflows and tracking issues using tools like ServiceNow.
- Familiarity with healthcare workforce operations, compliance tracking, and enterprise HR technology integration.
- Relevant industry certifications (e.
- to medium-complexity new software installations and enhancement requests Implement changes using documented procedures that are compliant with department policies and procedures Analysis, Design & Problem Solving Act as a technology subject matter expert and clearly communicate technical concepts in business terms between and across different groups while influencing outcomes Continually identify opportunities for functional and stability improvement in applications, and constructively challenge existing approaches when a better solution exists Identify system optimization and enhancement opportunities and collaborate with vendors and other IT analysts to design and implement effective solutions Anticipate and resolve system problems; proactively identify and resolve technical debt Research issues and use independent analysis and judgment to produce solution options — including alternative solutions when necessary to address system limitations — for complex and/or controversial matters, including pros, cons, risks, benefits, costs, and unintended consequences.
