Key Responsibilities:

Employee Experience Program SupportSupport the design and implementation of employee engagement, wellbeing, and recognition programsCoordinate program rollouts, communications, and execution activitiesDevelop project plans, timelines, documentation, and supporting materialsAssist in evaluating program effectiveness and identifying improvement opportunitiesPartner with HR leadership to align initiatives with organizational priorities

HR Project and Program Coordination:

Provide hands-on support for HR projects and operational initiativesTrack project timelines, milestones, and deliverablesSupport development of HR processes, SOPs, and service documentationAssist with employee feedback collection, surveys, and reportingHelp ensure projects remain organized, prioritized, and delivered on schedule •Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.•Please note that all Position start dates and duration are estimates and may be reduced or lengthened based upon a client's business needs and requirements.•
