This role is responsible for supporting a variety of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, and compliance. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and committed to fostering a positive and productive work environment. Responsibilities Support recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding processes. Maintain employee records and ensure HR data accuracy and confidentiality. Assist with benefits administration, leave management, and employee inquiries. Support employee relations initiatives and help resolve workplace concerns. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies. Coordinate performance management, training, and employee development activities. Prepare HR reports, track workforce metrics, and support HR projects as needed. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. 2+ years of Human Resources experience. Knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements. Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
