The Senior Human Resources Analyst is an advanced journey level and supervisory confidential classification. Incumbents are expected to work independently, perform and coordinate the full scope of assigned activities, and supervise and train staff assigned to the specific program areas. This role runs several program areas end to end, including administering and applying CalPERS requirements, benefits administration, ADA accommodations, Leave administration, HRIS administration, while supervising the staff who support these functions. The position also develops, revises, and implements human resources policies and procedures and may prepare and/or manage Request for Proposals (RFP's) related to these program areas.
