Job Description

Advanced IPM is seeking a dedicated Payroll Specialist to join our Human Resources team. As one of the fastest-growing family-owned pest control companies in the U.S., Advanced IPM offers a friendly, fast-paced, and supportive work environment. The Payroll Specialist will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, supporting our operations, and contributing to the overall success of our team. This is a full-time, on-site position based at our corporate office in Roseville, CA, with regular hours from Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. Responsibilities Process payroll for 200+ employees accurately and on schedule Submit certified payroll through the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) and third-party sites Utilize payroll software and Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel Maintain detailed and organized payroll records Support various administrative functions within the Human Resources department Collaborate with team members and provide assistance as needed Communicate effectively with employees and management regarding payroll matters Qualifications At least 5 years of experience processing payroll for 200+ employees At least 5 years of experience submitting certified payroll through DIR and third-party sites Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently, take initiative, and assume responsibility Excellent communication skills and professional phone etiquette Reliable, punctual, and dependable work ethic Team-oriented and willing to assist where needed Ability to pass a post-offer drug screen and background check Benefits Full-time employment Competitive compensation PTO (Paid Time Off) Medical, dental, vision, and chiropractic benefits 401(k) match program Whole life insurance Paid training customized to your needs Role-specific continuing education Leadership development Opportunities for career growth Advanced IPM is an equal opportunity employer.
