Accounting, Payroll & HR Manager Location:

San Bernardino, CA Employment Type:

Full-Time About the Position Traileros is looking for an organized Accounting & HR Specialist to manage core financial bookkeeping, accounts receivable/payable, payroll, and employee onboarding. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day accounting, accounts receivable/payable, and financial recordkeeping. Handle customer collection calls, follow up on overdue invoices, and establish payment commitments. Process weekly payroll accurately and manage employee hours, timecards, and deductions. Manage personnel records, onboarding, recruiting, and attendance tracking. Hold employees accountable to company policies and assist management with daily operational follow-ups. Requirements Bilingual English/Spanish (Required). 5+ years of professional experience in accounting, payroll, HR, or a related field. Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with QuickBooks or similar software is a plus. Strong attention to detail, assertive communication skills, and the ability to handle difficult conversations professionally. Experience in steel, construction, trucking, or manufacturing industries is a plus.

Pay:

$60,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year
