In this role, you will be the frontline ambassador, providing exceptional support and service in a fast-paced environment. Your ability to communicate fluently in two languages will be essential in engaging with diverse clients, candidates, and internal teams. Duties Serve as the primary point of contact onsite for bilingual communication with clients, candidates, and team members Conduct interviews and assist with technical recruiting efforts to identify top talent across multiple disciplines Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Workday, iCIMS, or Taleo to streamline recruitment processes Support employee onboarding and orientation sessions, ensuring a smooth integration experience Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners through cold calling, social media management, and outreach campaigns Assist with employment law compliance, contracts, employee evaluations, and employee relations issues Utilize HRIS platforms like PeopleSoft, Kronos, or UltiPro to update records and generate reports for talent acquisition metrics Qualifications Fluency in two languages (e.g., English and Spanish) is required; excellent communication skills are essential Proven experience in recruiting, including technical recruiting, executive recruiting, campus recruitment, or HR sourcing Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS platforms (Workday, ADP), and social media tools for talent sourcing Familiarity with employment & labor law regulations to ensure compliant hiring practices Demonstrated ability in negotiation, relationship management, and research to identify top candidates Experience with onboarding processes, employee orientation, contracts, and employee evaluation procedures Ability to work onsite in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities effectively Join us to make a meaningful impact by connecting talented individuals with opportunities that help them grow!
