About BettaBot? BettaBot is a leading brand of robotic swimming pool cleaners. We design, import, and warehouse pool-cleaning robots and sell them online and through retail partners. Role Overview:
BettaBot Inc. is seeking an organized, proactive HR Generalist & Office Associate to support day-to-day office operations and core HR processes in our Santa Fe Springs office. This role is ideal for someone who communicates well, learns quickly, and enjoys working across teams in a fast-paced environment. You will help keep the office running smoothly while supporting onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and other HR and administrative functions. This role is onsite in Santa Fe Springs 5 days a week.
Responsibilities:
HR Support:
Partner with company leaders on workforce planning, employee engagement, and performance management initiatives. Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth and positive experience. Assist with employee relations by addressing concerns, supporting engagement, and helping ensure consistent policy application. Support organizational planning and related people operations initiatives. Assist with HR programs, reporting, analytics, research, and cross-functional projects. Help maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, including policy updates and training support. Serve as a resource for employees by answering questions about HR policies and internal procedures. Maintain accurate and confidential personnel files, HR records, and HRIS data. Respond to unemployment claims and assist with hearing preparation and attendance. Contribute to a collaborative team environment and support the overall effectiveness of the HR function. Own full-cycle recruiting across multiple roles (technical and non-technical), from sourcing through offer close.
Administrative Support & Office Operations:
Coordinate daily office operations, including supply management, vendor communication, and workspace organization. Support meeting scheduling, conference room coordination, and internal event planning. Assist with internal communications, including staff announcements and new-hire communications. Help maintain office supplies, equipment, and overall workspace readiness. Process employment verifications and subpoenas. Perform general clerical and administrative duties as assigned. Support facility maintenance coordination and related office needs. Assist with special projects and additional operational tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Experience:
2-5 years of experience in administration, HR.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft office Suite; HRIS experience is a plus.
