Description Bilingual Human Resources Generalist Location:
Santee, San Diego, CA LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a motivated and experienced Bilingual Human Resources Generalist to join our client's team in Santee, San Diego. The ideal candidate will have a strong HR background and previous experience supporting employees in a warehouse, construction, manufacturing, or distribution environment. This position will support a variety of HR functions while serving as a trusted resource for employees and management.
Responsibilities:
Support employee relations, performance management, investigations, and conflict resolution Assist with recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and new hire orientation Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws Support attendance tracking, timekeeping, and payroll-related processes Partner with managers and supervisors to address employee concerns and workplace issues Assist with benefits administration, leaves of absence, and workers' compensation Help develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee engagement initiatives
Qualifications:
3-5+ years of Human Resources experience required Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, construction or distribution environment required Bilingual in English and Spanish required Strong knowledge of California employment laws and HR best practices Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems preferred

$41.00
  • 46.00 per hour DOE Monday

Pay Details:
