Are you an experienced HR professional who enjoys wearing multiple hats and making a real impact across an organization? We're partnering with a growing company seeking a well-rounded HR Generalist to support a wide range of human resources functions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys balancing employee relations, compliance, and HR program management.
What You'll Be DoingManage day-to-day HR operations including employee relations, compliance, and policy administrationSupport full-cycle onboarding and offboarding processesPartner with leadership on performance management, coaching, and employee developmentAdminister and support benefits programs and open enrollment processesEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local employment lawsMaintain HRIS systems and generate reports for leadershipLead or support HR initiatives aimed at improving engagement and retention
