•40/hr Job Overview Provides professional HR support to leaders and employees across employee relations, policy interpretation, compliance, and HR operations. Serves as a first-line HR resource, assists with employee concerns and investigations, provides guidance on performance and corrective actions, and uses HR data to support operational and workforce decisions. Key Responsibilities Advise leaders and employees on HR policies, employee relations, performance concerns, and workplace matters. Conduct initial assessments and low-to-moderate risk employee relations investigations. Provide guidance on corrective actions, documentation, and policy application. Job Requirements Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience. 2-4 years of progressive HR experience. Previous HR experience in a healthcare, hospital, or clinical environment is preferred. Previous experience using Epic EMR/EHR is required.
