Responsibilities Manage full-cycle talent acquisition processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees to ensure a seamless integration into the organization. Oversee employee orientation programs to familiarize new hires with company policies, culture, and expectations. Conduct employee evaluations and performance management activities to promote continuous development and recognize achievements. Administer benefits programs and handle benefits administration inquiries to support employee well-being and satisfaction. Ensure compliance with employment laws, labor regulations, OSHA standards, FMLA policies, and HR legal requirements across all HR functions. Support change management initiatives by facilitating communication and training efforts related to organizational restructuring or policy updates. Utilize HRIS systems such as Workday, Oracle HCM, or SAP SuccessFactors for data collection, reporting, and HR process automation. Lead projects related to organization design, succession planning, affirmative action planning, and workforce management strategies. Handle employee relations issues with professionalism and confidentiality while mediating conflicts effectively. Maintain accurate personnel records and ensure adherence to confidentiality standards when managing sensitive information. Experience Proven experience in an HR department role with a focus on human resources management, recruitment, or personnel administration. Demonstrated knowledge of employment & labor law, FMLA regulations, OSHA standards, and HR legal compliance practices. Proficiency in HR systems such as UltiPro, Taleo, Lever, or similar ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) for sourcing and data analysis purposes. Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with employees at all levels of the organization. Experience handling benefits administration processes including payroll processing and workers' compensation claims. Familiarity with Excel data analysis techniques for reporting insights and supporting strategic decision-making.
