Job Description
Description Robert Half is supporting the recruiting efforts of a company in the manufacturing industry to find a HR & Payroll Generalist. This is a full time, permanent position in Englewood, 80110 (relocating to N Denver in 2027). It is in office, and is paying $70-80k. Additional information and job requirements are below. The HR Generalist will be responsible for: + Perform end-to-end onboarding activities for new employees, including conducting orientation sessions, completing necessary paperwork, and coordinating with various departments to ensure a smooth transition into the organization. + Facilitate open enrollment process by providing employees with information on benefits packages, assisting them in making informed decisions, and managing enrollment paperwork and systems. + Administer payroll processing activities, ensuring accurate and timely payment to employees, including verifying timesheets, calculating overtime, and resolving any payroll discrepancies. + Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, such as employment contracts, personnel files, and data privacy requirements. + Serve as a resource for employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs, providing guidance and assistance as needed. + Conduct regular audits to ensure HR data integrity and accuracy, identifying and resolving any discrepancies or issues. + Collaborate with managers and employees to address performance management matters, including providing guidance on performance evaluations, performance improvement plans, and disciplinary actions. + Support employee relations by addressing employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances, and working to resolve conflicts in a fair and consistent manner. + Stay updated on HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations, and proactively recommend improvements to HR policies, processes, and procedures. + Assist in various HR projects, such as employee engagement initiatives, training and development programs, and HR system implementation or upgrades + Contact employees via email and phone to obtain timesheet approvals + Deliver instruction/training to employees regarding the use of payroll-related systems including entry of timesheets, online access of pay statements, etc. + Perform clerical duties such as filing, scanning, faxing, photocopying, etc. + Data entry into Excel and the ADP payroll system + Enter and audit union calculations via Excel as instructed + Download and distribute/save reports as instructed + Build and run custom reports out of ADP + Other duties as assigned

Requirements Required:
