The Trimble AECO segment provides digital construction solutions that increase precision and productivity for Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Operations.

Serving as the strategic face of People Experience, this role acts as the primary liaison and single point of contact for employees and managers, seamlessly integrating key functions including Compensation, Benefits, Talent Development, and Talent Acquisition to deliver a unified PX strategy. ​

Key Exciting Responsibilities:

Strategic Partnership:

Partner with senior business leaders in identifying changing organizational needs and assist in change management principles and processes. Diagnose organizational issues, provide strategic PX advice, and offer up ideas and solutions that significantly improve organizational effectiveness and culture.

Drive Strategic Initiatives:

Drive strategic Company and PX initiatives which increase employee engagement, support the business, and evolve the culture. Collaborate and facilitate the design and implementation of company-wide PX business processes, programs, and initiatives.

Talent Management:

Advise and assist managers in processes such as performance management, workforce planning, and succession planning. You will be key in talent acquisition and performance management activities.

Future of Work & AI Enablement:

Act as a critical thought partner to AECO leadership in identifying opportunities to leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI) and emerging PX technologies to enhance productivity, streamline PX processes (e.g., talent acquisition, internal knowledge bases, predictive turnover modeling), and elevate the employee experience. Help define the ethical use of AI tools in the workplace and how PX will implement, govern, and support, ensuring compliance and a positive impact on the workforce.

Compliance and Risk:

Ensure policies, procedures, and practices comply with employment laws and align with the company's strategic goals and objectives.

Essential Skills & Experience:

8+ years of proven Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) experience with a deep focus on Organizational Change Management and Development. 8+ years of expertise in managing dynamic employee relations and strategic culture-shaping, supported by a solid foundation in HR best practices, compliance, investigations, compensation, and talent acquisition. Expert ability to influence senior leaders and navigate complex change management processes within fast-paced, innovative environments. The ability to be proactive, navigate the business to drive a variety of short and long-term strategies and tactics with varying priorities. Possess strategic thinking and planning/facilitation ability, and flexibility to function in a fast-paced and innovative environment. Has a strong business acumen, with the ability to translate client business plans and goals into human resource capabilities needed to achieve results. Experience supporting scaling software organizations or prior exposure to the Architecture, Engineering, or Construction (AEC) industries.

Bachelors of Arts or Bachelors of Science Degree Bonus Points For:

Familiarity with AI implementation in HR processes or predictive turnover modeling. Expertise in using predictive analysis to drive data-informed people decisions and performance management strategies. Proven track record of navigating and implementing HR standards, compliance, and best practices from the ground up within a high-growth start-up culture or fast-paced SaaS, AEC and related technology environment.

Compensation:

Trimble provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full time schedule. Trimble reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant's sex or other status protected by local, state, or federal law. Hiring Range $105,600.00
