As an HR Analytics Specialist, you will play a key role in transforming people data into actionable workforce insights that support strategic business decisions. Working closely with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Rewards, People Services, and business leaders, you will leverage analytics, automation, and AI-driven solutions to enhance workforce planning, employee experience, operational efficiency, and organizational effectiveness. In this role, you will help shape the future of HR through data-driven decision-making, responsible AI adoption, and continuous improvement initiatives across the employee lifecycle. Your work will influence workforce decisions through trusted insights, drive measurable improvements in employee experience and HR effectiveness, and position HR as a strategic partner through actionable workforce intelligence. You will build strong cross-functional partnerships and contribute to a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and responsible use of AI across the organization. Please note that this is an office-based position. Employees are expected to work on-site at the designated Nokia office location.
