Opportunity:

The Human Resources Intern role is a temporary role for students pursuing an education in Human Resources . This role will learn while working on real-life Human Resources projects, also providing administrative support.

Location:

Eastford, CT Responsibilities:

Supports Supervisors, Team Leaders and Associates Participate in Human Resources projects Assist with changing/updating Human Resources documents Provides administrative support May interact with other departments Adheres to all Core Values (Health and Safety, Quality, Customer Service, Development of People, Integrity, Corporate Citizenship, Continuous Improvement, Respect). Adheres to all Core Competencies (Communication, Teamwork, Achieving Results, Commitment to Continuous Improvement, Judgement). Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent Current enrollment in degree program for related field Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis without sponsorship now or in the future. ITAR/EAR

regulations. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies Proficiency in

Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit and use hands to finger, handle, or feel. The employee is frequently required to talk or hear.
