Job Description

We are seeking an HR Generalist to join our team in a contract-to-hire capacity. This role will provide day-to-day support HR Business Partners and serve as a key resource for employees and managers across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in Human Resources, strong organizational skills, and a service-oriented approach to supporting both HR initiatives and transactional HR activities.

This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional looking to expand their experience and grow within a collaborative HR team. While prior HR experience is important, we are equally focused on finding someone with the right attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to learn and develop.

Key ResponsibilitiesSupport a team of HR Business Partners with a variety of HR administrative and operational responsibilities.

Serve as a primary point of contact for employee and manager inquiries, providing professional, timely, and customer-focused support.

Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy within the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).Process and support employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, employment changes, and offboarding.

Assist with HR programs, policies, and procedures while ensuring compliance with company guidelines.

Generate, compile, and distribute HR reports and workforce data as needed.

Support HR projects, initiatives, and special assignments.

Partner with HR Business Partners to ensure a positive employee experience and consistent delivery of HR services.

Assist with data analysis and workforce reporting; identify trends and insights when applicable.
