This role supports a wide range of HR functions, including employee relations, benefits administration, HRIS management, and daily employee support. Responsibilities Include but
Not Limited To:
Employee Support & HR Operations- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries related to policies, procedures, and processes.
- Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR related matters with professionalism and discretion.
- Assist with employee relations matters by gathering information, documenting concerns, and escalating as appropriate.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
- Assist with policy updates, compliance initiatives, and HR projects as needed.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR process and enhance overall employee experience.
- May provide support for other HR initiatives such as onboarding, orientation, open enrollment. Benefits Administration
- Manage day-to-day benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, terminations and employee education
- Act as a liaison between employees and benefits brokers to resolve questions and issues.
- Support annual open enrollment, including communication, system setup, and troubleshooting
- Maintain year-end benefits reporting and ensure accurate ACA filing requirements HRIS and Paycor Management
- Serve as the Paycor system administrator for the Talent Acquisition and Performance Review modules.
- Develop relationships with hiring managers to better understand their staffing needs and timelines.
- Oversee the performance review process. Configure, launch and manage the performance review process within Paycor.
- Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with Paycor support when needed.
- Support managers and employees on Paycor functionality and best practices.
- Prepare HR reports, metrics, and dashboards as needed.
Summary of Experience and Education:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3-5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in talent acquisition.
- Working knowledge of Paycor preferred (or similar HRIS), with the ability to build modules and optimize workflows
- Strong understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and recruiting best practices.
