Job Description

Bonita Bay Community is nestled between Spring Creek to the north, the Imperial River to the south, and Estero Bay to the west. Bonita Bay continues to honor the delicate ecological balancing act between flora, fauna, and human inhabitants, striving to sustain best environmental practices. We are proud to be recipients of numerous prestigious awards and certifications. We are in search of a dynamic and experienced HR Generlist to complete the HR professional team. The candidate will enjoy providing support to our employees, assist with benefits, payroll and onboarding.
Additional duties listed below:
Assist in the recruitment process, assists with benefit inquiries Conduct new hire orientations, ensure all necessary paperwork is completed, and assist in onboarding new employees. Maintain employee files and ensure confidentiality of all HR related information. Assists with employee training sessions on various topics, and workplace safety. Develops opportunities to enhance and promote employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive work environment. Participate in HR-related projects and initiatives as needed.
Requirements:
4 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on benefits and training. Fluent in both English and Spanish, with strong interpersonal skills a must. Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, and HRIS systems. This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits package.
