Role Description This on-site, full-time role as a Human Resources Generalist is based in Miami, FL. The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for overseeing HR functions, including the implementation of HR policies, management of employee benefits, and administration of benefits programs. The role entails supporting managers and employees with HR-related matters to maintain a productive workplace environment. The Generalist will also ensure compliance with employment laws and company standards, while contributing to HR strategies and initiatives. Qualifications Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) practices and experience with HR management Knowledge and application of HR policies and compliance requirements Experience in Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work on-site in Miami, FL and collaborate effectively across teams Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred V.O.K.
