Responsibilities Manage full-cycle talent acquisition processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees using HRIS and ATS platforms. Oversee employee orientation programs to ensure new hires integrate smoothly into the organization. Administer benefits programs and handle payroll processing with accuracy. Conduct employee evaluations and performance management activities to support ongoing development and organizational growth. Lead change management initiatives and assist in organization design to optimize workforce effectiveness. Ensure compliance with employment & labor laws, FMLA regulations, workers' compensation policies, and HR legal standards across all HR functions. Facilitate training & development sessions, and affirmative action planning to promote diversity and inclusion. Handle employee relations issues with professionalism, employing conflict management skills to resolve concerns effectively. Requirements Proven experience in human resources management or HR department roles. Demonstrated expertise in human capital management, benefits administration, and workforce management strategies. Proficiency with HR systems, Excel data analysis skills are essential. Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information sensitively and professionally. Knowledge of regulatory compliance management including FMLA, workers' compensation, and employment & labor law requirements. Experience in project management related to HR initiatives like organization design or strategic planning. Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining attention to detail in data entry and personnel administration tasks.
