Responsibilities:
- Provide full-cycle recruitment by managing every step of the recruitment process.
- Maintain department and new hire files and records in electronic and paper form.
- Monitor New Hire Incentive program.
- Assist in collecting and reporting data from ADP for
EEO-1, EE0
Part 2 andVETS-4212
Reporting, AAP Reporting, department, and company reporting as requested.- Deliver training and development.
- Complete New Hire credentialing.
Working hours:
8:00 AM- 5:00
PM Skills:
- Recruitment, Training and Development
- ADP Workforce Now
- Affirmative Action Planning
- SHRM-CP or PHR Certification
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred, not required
AA Degree Education:
Associate Experience:
1-4 yearsQualifications:
