Hialeah Gardens, FL Job Details 1 day ago Qualifications Spanish Microsoft Excel Microsoft Outlook English HRIS Full Job Description Construction company is currently seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join our Team! The HR Generalist primarily responsibility will be managing and maintaining our Applicant Tracking System (ATS). This role also plays a key function in supporting other areas in our HR department which include payroll, employee relations, benefits, etc. For this role to be successful, the ideal candidate for this position would demonstrate close attention to detail and ensure all company policies and procedures are being followed in compliance with standard labor laws. As a member of the Human Resources team, this person also requires a high level of integrity and confidentiality.
RESPONSIBLITIES
Manage and maintain the company's recruiting dashboard/ATS. Post open positions on internal and external job boards and ensure posting remains current and compliant with company standards. Monitor incoming applications, screen candidates, and assist hiring managers on next steps during the recruitment process. Coordinate background checks, license checks when required, drug test processes, and orientation ensuring completion prior to hire and maintaining confidentiality of results. Assist with continuous improvement of recruiting workflows and candidate experience. Provides additional support in functional areas of Human Resources including but not limited to payroll, employee relations, personnel records, benefits, training and special projects. Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
REEQUIREMENTS
1-3 years of Human Resources experience preferred Bilingual (English & Spanish) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Computer skills to include
Microsoft Office:
Word, Excel, Outlook, One Drive Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail. Must be flexible, poised and able to manage multiple, changing priorities in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. Must pass pre-employment screening including background check and drug test.
