Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and resourceful Sourcer, also known as a Talent Sourcing Specialist, to join a collaborative Human Resources team onsite in Melbourne, FL. This role is ideal for a recruiting professional who enjoys finding qualified talent, building candidate pipelines, engaging passive candidates, and supporting high-volume recruiting operations. This opportunity offers an immediate start, consistent weekday schedule, and the chance to make a visible impact in a fast-paced recruiting environment. You will work closely with talent acquisition leadership, recruiters, and marketing partners to support sourcing strategy, employer branding, social media recruiting, and candidate engagement. - Source and engage qualified candidates through Boolean searches, LinkedIn, social media, internet research, referrals, networking, and cold calling.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs while tracking sourcing activity, conversion rates, and candidate engagement.
- Manage job posting templates and maintain accurate candidate records within iCIMS or other applicant tracking systems.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition leadership and marketing teams on social media recruiting initiatives, employer branding, and candidate attraction strategies.
- Research job markets, competitors, and industry trends to better understand hiring needs and improve sourcing effectiveness.
- Support recruiters with candidate pre-screens, interview scheduling, onboarding follow-up, new hire coordination, training coordination, and related HR duties. Compensation and Benefits
Pay:
$22 to $26 per hour, up to $26 per hour.Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.Location:
Melbourne, FL.- Work arrangement: 100% onsite.
