Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a motivated Talent Sourcing Specialist for a 100% onsite opportunity in Melbourne, FL. This Temp-to-Hire role is ideal for a recruiting or sourcing professional who enjoys identifying top talent, building candidate pipelines, and engaging passive candidates across LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach. This position offers the chance to join a collaborative HR environment where organization, communication, and initiative are valued. The Talent Sourcing Specialist will work closely with recruiting and marketing partners to support hiring needs, strengthen employer branding efforts, and help create a positive candidate experience from first contact through onboarding coordination. Key Responsibilities
- Source active and passive candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, Boolean searches, internet research, social media, and cold calling.
- Build, maintain, and refresh talent pipelines for current openings and future hiring needs.
- Manage job postings, candidate records, sourcing activity, and conversion metrics within an ATS or candidate database.
- Partner with recruiting and marketing teams on social media recruiting, employer branding, and candidate engagement initiatives.
- Re-engage previous applicants and assist with candidate pre-screens, interview scheduling, onboarding follow-up, and new-hire coordination.
- Research job markets, competitors, and industry trends to support effective sourcing strategies. Compensation and Benefits

Up to $26 per hour, based on experience.Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.Location:
