The Senior HR Generalist supports AEG's domestic workforce across the United States, with primary responsibility for employee onboarding, HRIS administration, HR reporting, benefits administration, and HR change management. This role helps ensure that employee data, processes, and communications are accurate, timely, and consistent throughout the employee lifecycle. The ideal candidate is a hands on HR professional with strong ADP Workforce Now experience, advanced reporting capabilities, and a service-oriented approach to supporting employees and managers. This individual must be organized, detail oriented, and comfortable managing several HR processes and projects at the same time.Responsibilities:
Coordinate the complete onboarding process for U.S. employees, including preemployment requirements, new hire documentation, Form I-9 completion, orientation, benefits enrollment, system setup, and new hire follow up. Partner with Recruiting, hiring managers, Payroll, Information Technology, and other internal teams to ensure new employees are prepared for a successful and timely start. Administer ADP Workforce Now and other HR systems by processing new hires, terminations, job and compensation changes, reporting updates, employment status changes, and other employee transactions. Maintain accurate employee records and conduct regular HRIS audits and data reconciliations to identify and correct discrepancies across HR, payroll, benefits, and recruiting systems. Prepare recurring and ad hoc HR reports related to headcount, turnover, hiring, onboarding, benefits, compliance, and other workforce metrics; analyze the data to identify trends and support business decisions. Administer U.S. employee benefit programs, including new hire enrollments, qualifying life events, terminations, open enrollment, employee questions, eligibility audits, deduction and invoice reconciliations, and coordination with brokers and carriers. Support change management for new HR systems, policies, programs, and processes by preparing communications, job aids, training materials, and implementation plans. Monitor adoption of HR changes, gather feedback, address questions, and recommend adjustments that improve understanding and consistency. Document and improve HR workflows, standard operating procedures, forms, and system processes to reduce manual work and strengthen service delivery. Process employee lifecycle changes, including promotions, transfers, leaves of absence, reporting changes, and offboarding, while maintaining complete and timely documentation. Serve as a resource to employees and managers regarding company policies, benefits, HR systems, and routine employee relations matters, escalating complex issues when appropriate. Support performance management cycles, employee communications, compliance reviews, audits, required reporting, record retention, and other recurring HR programs for the U.S. workforce.Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 5 to 8 years of progressive Human Resources experience, preferably in a Senior HR Generalist or comparable role supporting a U.S. workforce. Hands on experience administering an HRIS, with strong proficiency in ADP Workforce Now preferred. Demonstrated experience managing employee onboarding and employee lifecycle processes from hire through separation. Experience administering U.S. employee benefits and working with brokers, carriers, payroll teams, and employees to resolve benefit issues. Strong HR reporting and data analysis skills, including advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience preparing workforce reports. Working knowledge of federal, state, and local employment requirements, including Form I-9, employee recordkeeping, leave administration, and benefits compliance. Experience supporting HR system implementations, process changes, policy rollouts, or other change management initiatives. Excellent attention to detail, judgment, confidentiality, organization, and follow through, with strong written and verbal communication skills. HR certification such as PHR or SHRM-CP is preferred.What We Offer:
