Job Description Manage employee relations, including addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Oversee the implementation and administration of HR policies and procedures. Handle recruitment processes, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees. Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance. Maintain accurate HR records and ensure confidentiality of employee information. Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies for employee engagement. Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related matters. The Successful Applicant A successful Senior HR Generalist should have: 5+ years of experience with employee relations and HR compliance in the industrial or manufacturing sector. Bachelors degree. Prior experience in DOT-regulated environments, prior exposure to CDL workforce, and/or HAZMAT safety regulations. Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Ability to work fully onsite.
