www.boschservicesolutions.com. Job DescriptionThe HR Generalist will assist in the implementation and maintenance of HR practices and programs in support of SO business objectives. Primary areas of responsibility include support in talent acquisition, HR analytics, Onboarding, communication plan and support positive cultural preservation.
Profile alignment and consulting with hiring managerJob posting and advertisingManaging applicant tracking systemLiaising with 3rd party recruiters or leasing agenciesAttending job fairs, if availableResume and phone screening interviewingCoordinating interview schedules with hiring managersArranging candidate travel (if needed).Assisting in the preparation of an employment offerCollecting pre-employment documentation and other requirementsWelcome and on-boarding/orientation meetingsOversees the onboarding process, including;Initiation of background checks and drug screensNew hire bundlesPreparing orientation schedulesCoordinating with key players in other departmentsDelivers new hire HR orientation.
Oversees the termination process to include notifying relevant internal parties, ensuring all items are completed.
Organizes training sessions as needed.
First point of contact for Benefits Annual Enrollment which may include conducting annual presentations.
Processes additional payments (i.e., sales commissions, bonuses).Prepares and collates reportsSupports the HRBP in the analyses of HR KPI's and their fulfillment by generating accurate, high-quality reports relating to hiring, sickness, attrition, diversity, etc.
Associate Engagement ActivitiesSupports local site events geared towards associate engagement.
Ability to effectively resolve issues, by using judgment that is consistent with standards, practices, policies, procedures, regulation, or federal/state law.
Excellent skill in both verbal and written communication, with financial and business acumen.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Must be a self-starter who is flexible to changing business demands; has a sense of urgency and works well under pressure.
Strong analytical skills.

QualificationsCompetencies:
