Job Description
Job Overview Orlando, FL | Full-Time The Cardiovascular Center of Florida is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations across multiple functional areas including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, employee engagement, compliance support, and general HR administration. This position works closely with employees, managers, and leadership to support workforce operations and maintain consistent HR practices throughout the organization. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, professional, and capable of managing multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment. Essential Responsibilities Support recruitment and hiring activities including interview coordination, candidate communication, onboarding support, and new hire processing Assist with onboarding activities and employee documentation processes Provide support related to employee relations matters, policy interpretation, and workplace concerns in partnership with HR leadership Support employee engagement and workforce communication initiatives Assist with training coordination, employee education efforts, and workforce development activities Maintain employee records and HR documentation in accordance with organizational standards Support HR compliance activities and maintain working knowledge of applicable employment laws and regulations Assist with HR reporting, audits, and administrative processes as needed Partner with managers and operational leaders to support staffing and workforce needs Identify opportunities to improve HR workflows, processes, and operational efficiency Perform additional HR-related duties as assigned Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred Minimum of 3 years of Human Resources experience required Experience supporting recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and HR operations preferred Healthcare or multi-site experience preferred Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR systems preferred Work Environment Primarily office and outpatient healthcare environment Frequent interaction with employees, leadership, and operational teams Combination of desk-based administrative work and routine movement throughout clinic locations as needed Benefits Competitive compensation Health, dental, and vision benefits Paid time off Professional development opportunities Collaborative work environment
Pay:
$70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per yearBenefits:
