Human Resources Generalist

Description About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting both employees and leadership across a variety of HR functions. You'll play a key role in maintaining a positive workplace culture while ensuring HR processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Serve as a primary point of contact for employee relations, addressing questions and resolving concerns + Support full-cycle recruiting efforts including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding + Administer HR policies, procedures, and compliance initiatives + Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy within HR systems + Assist with benefits administration and open enrollment processes + Partner with leadership on performance management and employee development + Support payroll coordination and ensure timely, accurate processing + Contribute to HR projects and initiatives that enhance employee engagement

Requirements Qualifications:
