Job Description

Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Fusion HCM Functional Analyst for a top healthcare client. This candidate will support, configure, and enhance Oracle Fusion HCM applications while partnering closely with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and IT teams. The ideal candidate will help drive workforce process improvements, payroll accuracy, compliance initiatives, reporting, and enterprise-wide system optimization.

Day-to-Day:

Configure and support Oracle Fusion HCM modules
Support employee lifecycle and workforce management processes
Troubleshoot payroll, timekeeping, and compensation issues
Develop and maintain reporting solutions and system integrations
Lead testing efforts for Oracle SaaS releases and enhancements

3+ years of Oracle Fusion HCM experience
Experience with Core HR, Payroll, Time & Labor, Absence, and Benefits modules
Strong understanding of HR processes and multi-state payroll regulations
Experience with Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, OTBI, and BI Publisher
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation skills
Healthcare industry experience
Multi-site organization experience
Experience supporting HRIS, benefits, or ERP integrations
