18/hour ARKK Labs is a growing AI technology company looking for an energetic, tech-savvy person to join our team.

No AI or insurance experience required — we will train the right person. What You'll Do Help onboard and train new customers Learn ARKK Labs and become a product expert Assist with live product demos Help customers set up and use the platform Answer customer questions and provide support Follow up with new and trial customers Help create training materials and product guides Assist with marketing, events, and customer communications Share customer feedback with our development team Who We're Looking For Friendly, professional, and comfortable talking to customers Tech-savvy and able to learn new software Organized and dependable Strong communication skills Comfortable with Zoom, email, and basic business software Interested in AI and technology Willing to learn and grow with a fast-moving company Insurance, customer service, sales, or technology experience is a plus, but not required .
