Position:

Monday and Friday 8am-4:30pm Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 10:30am-7pm Functions of the

Position:

Serves as one of the main contacts for employees to discuss workplace concerns and ask questions. Provides guidance on appropriate courses of action and prepares necessary documentation (memoranda of record, reports, counseling, or disciplinary documentation). Conducts and documents workplace investigations (telephonic or on-site), including interviews with employees, managers, and third parties. Analyzes notes to draw valid conclusions, rmendations, and action plans. Preparesprehensive reports and summaries of findings for management. Educates, assists, and coaches' employees and managers on all employee relations issues. Assists with performance evaluations and performance improvement plans and provides rmendations to strengthen the performance program. Rmends HR policies and procedures to improve efficiency and ensurepliance. Ensures allpany policies and procedures remain up to date with current employment laws.

Education, Experience, and Knowledge:

Minimum of three years of human resources experience. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred. At least one year of experience with responsibility and accountability for employee relations and/or labor relations.

Skills and Competencies:

Strong written and verbalmunication skills. Ability to handle confidential information in a mature and professional manner. Highly analytical thinker and problem solver with strong attention to detail; extremely well organized. Demonstrates a sense of urgency, sound judgment, and strong decision-making skills. Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects throughpletion. Able to build credibility and serve as a trusted resource at all levels.
