Manage Employee Relations:
Address and resolve complex employee relations issues, ensuring a positive workplace environment.Policy Guidance:
Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. 2- Mediate conflicts between employees and management, conducting thorough investigations into complaints and recommending appropriate solutions.
Training and Development:
Develop and facilitate training programs on employee relations, conflict resolution, and manager¿s resources. 3•Data Analysis:
Collect and analyze employee data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve employee engagement and retention.Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of employee issues and resolutions, providing input to HR leaders to enhance workplace culture.Case Management:
Maintaining ER records appropriately and ensuring all supporting documentation is attached to each case file. Required Qualifications Educational Requirements Bachelor's Degree Required Experience 2-4 years of proven experience in an Employee Relations role. Direct experience with workplace investigations and applying corrective actions, as required by institutional policy. Knowledge and practice of Conflict Resolution. Preferred Qualifications Preferred Educational Qualifications Master's Degree Preferred Experience Higher Education experience preferred. Proposed Salary $57,056- $70,000 annually.

Excel in communication (verbal and written) SKILLS Polished professionalism and displays sound judgment. Physical Requirements ffice Environment- Work normally performed in a typical interior work environment.
