The Role Purpose and Position in Organization Talent Sourcers play a key role in our clients' success by partnering with Hiring Managers and Recruiters and developing effective, consultative, professional relationships with them. Through asking the right questions to ensure a detailed understanding of the client and each role, and by leveraging data, historic hiring trends, and market analysis, Talent Sourcers develop bespoke sourcing strategies and then use a range of tools and techniques to find the best talent in the market. Talent Sourcers are brand ambassadors for our clients, bringing each opportunity to life with candidates in a compelling and authentic way to ensure they are qualified, interested, and engaged before being presented to the Hiring Manager. A Lead Sourcing Specialist supports clients in hiring specialist and niche talent and will work on some of the more complex hiring needs that require strong business partnering skills and innovative approaches to finding and engaging with in-demand candidates. Stakeholders You can expect to work with client stakeholders e.g., Hiring Managers, Recruiters (AMS or Client), and Candidates. People Manager Key Accountabilities Partnered with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to deliver an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience while acting as a trusted talent advisor. Provided talent market insights, sourcing expertise, and strategic recommendations to support hiring decisions and recruitment planning. Developed and executed sourcing strategies leveraging LinkedIn, Indeed, ATS databases, social media, and professional networks to attract high-calibre active and passive talent. Sourced and recruited high volumes of candidates, consistently supporting hiring targets of 30-40 hires per month across multiple business functions. Reviewed resumes and screened candidates against role requirements, conducting consultative phone interviews to assess qualifications, skills, and career motivations. Delivered high-quality candidate shortlists with detailed assessments and recommendations to support informed hiring decisions. Coordinated hiring events and supported large-scale recruitment initiatives to meet business hiring demands. Scheduled interviews and partnered closely with hiring teams throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Built and maintained strong talent pipelines through proactive candidate engagement, talent pooling, and relationship management. Tracked recruitment metrics, utilized market data to refine sourcing strategies, and maintained accurate candidate records within ATS. Champion candidates through regular communication, feedback sharing, and ongoing support, ensuring a positive recruitment experience and long-term engagement. Promoted diverse talent attraction strategies and advocated for fair, inclusive, and unbiased hiring practices. Skills & Requirements Proven high-volume recruiting and sourcing experience (RPO, agency, staffing, or corporate). Experience managing large candidate pipelines and multiple requisitions. Strong proficiency with ATS platforms, including SuccessFactors . Skilled in candidate screening, phone interviews, and interview coordination. Hands-on experience with direct sourcing through LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, and ATS databases . Excellent candidate communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining accuracy. Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities. Experience building talent pipelines and delivering a positive candidate experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).   • $81,500 USD and Canada
  • $64,400
  • $80,500 CAD plus applicable benefits.
