Advancement Opportunities Responsibilities Human Resources Trainer responsibilities include but are not limited to: Orientation of new hires
Monthly retraining for all employees
Additional training as needed
Scheduling and preparation of all training
Creating training materials, including training films as necessary
Record keeping of all training in Excel spreadsheets
Maintaining Employee Qualifications list; coordinating and communicating with supervisors
Responsible for the organization and appearance of the Training Room
Other duties as assigned This is a safety sensitive position. This is an ON-SITE position. Qualifications Qualified candidates for the Human Resources Trainer position should possess the following: Must have production experience in a beef processing environment
2 to 5 years of applicable experience is preferred
Bilingual in Spanish strongly encouraged or must be willing to take classes
Must have strong computer skills, specifically Microsoft Word and Excel as well as a working knowledge of HMS
Must be committed to the safety of all employees
Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required. This is normally acquired through a High School Diploma or equivalent
Manual dexterity required for operating machinery and computers
Availability to work all shifts, flexible hours, flexible days/evenings to include weekends and holidays
Conceptual/Analytical thinking
Attention to detail
Problem solving
Leadership skills with the ability to effectively train and mentor employees
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated and self-starter
