Savannah, GA Salary :

$65K•$75K + bonus

with match, life insurance This downtown Savannah, GA property is looking for an engaging Human Resources Business Partner to provide general human resources support. You'll perform a broad variety of services to keep managers on task and employees dialed in.

Qualifications:

3•5 years human resources experience that includes leadership Understanding of human resources laws, benefits and payroll Confident in facilitating training with new hires and seasoned staff

Responsibilities:

Provides coaching support with a focus on direct manager effectiveness and communication. Anticipates the needs of the organization, monitors quality of performance and serves as an advisor and mentor. Collects and reviews payroll data; edits and ensures accuracy. Perform full cycle recruitment efforts.

Pay:

$65,000.00•$75,000.00 per year
