Job Description

Modutek International is seeking a full-time Bilingual Employee Relations Coordinator to join our Human Resources team at our Soperton, GA location. This position will provide support in employee relations, workplace investigations, timekeeping, policy and safety compliance, onboarding, and general HR administration. The ideal candidate will be organized, professional, approachable, and able to handle confidential and sensitive employee matters with discretion. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required. Responsibilities Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding routine workplace concerns and HR-related questions. Assist with employee relations matters and workplace investigations by gathering statements, documentation, and other relevant information. Conduct daily security camera reviews to identify and document potential safety concerns, policy violations, or workplace issues for HR review. Review employee time punches, research discrepancies, and make authorized corrections. Assist with attendance tracking and related employee documentation. Support consistent communication and application of company policies and workplace expectations. Assist with disciplinary documentation and confidential HR records. Provide support with new-hire onboarding and required employment documentation. Communicate and follow up with employees, supervisors, and management as needed. Provide English/Spanish communication support for HR-related employee matters. Assist the HR team with additional projects and responsibilities as needed. Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish required. Previous Human Resources, employee relations, administrative, or similar professional experience preferred. Ability to maintain confidentiality and appropriately handle sensitive employee information. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to remain professional and objective when handling workplace concerns. Dependable follow-through and ability to manage multiple priorities. Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office; ability to learn HR, timekeeping, and security systems. Previous manufacturing or industrial experience is a plus. What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is dependable, approachable, detail-oriented, and interested in developing their Human Resources experience. The successful candidate should be comfortable communicating with employees and management in both English and Spanish and able to handle workplace information professionally and confidentially.

$14.00 - $16.00 per hour
