Monday•Friday Job Description:
Coordinate the hiring process Manage and oversee employee onboarding Assist with administration of employee benefit programs Maintain employee handbook and personnel files Develop applicable HR policies and oversee implementation Provide required regulatory notices and filings Manage employee relations Provide management team with direction and guidance in applying HR policies Conduct exit interviews and oversee off-boarding process Manage workers comp, TDI claims and FMLA policy paperwork Conduct periodic compensation studies Required Education /Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Admin, HR or related field 10+ years of progressive HR experience (preferably non-profit) Highly professional and ethical Strong planning, organization and decision-making Exceptional interpersonal, written and verbal communication Ability and confidence to coach, counsel, mentor and influence staff Knowledge of labor laws and regulations HiEmployment is a locally owned and operated staffing agency located on all major islands, with opportunities in Administration, Customer Service, Warehousing, Landscaping, Driving, Hospitality and more!
